Ralph Bond, CLU® ChFC®, WMCP ®
Military Service
Ralph is a retired Master Sergeant of the United States Air Force (1997). Throughout his distinguished career, he advanced rapidly, holding key positions such as Ground Crew Member, Aircraft Crew Chief, Flight Line Expeditor, Flight Chief, Training Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC), and Flight Line Production Supervisor (Pro Super). He led over 250 Airmen, trained and certified more than 600 maintenance personnel annually, and managed the deployment and operations of over $200 million in aircraft assets.
Financial Services Career
After retiring from the Air Force, Ralph became a small business owner for three years and an office manager for eight years before transitioning into financial services in 2003. He holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations, along with Life and Health Licenses. Additionally, he has earned three prestigious designations from The American College of Financial Services: Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), and Wealth Management Certified Professional® (WMCP®). Ralph specializes in helping families, professionals and closely held businesses build, protect, and distribute wealth in the most taxefficient manner.
Community Involvement
An active member of the Church of Christ, Ralph worships at Coleman A venue Church of Christ, where he serves in leadership. His dedication to mentorship and community service includes volunteering as a mentor with Youth Villages (2009-2015) and as a judge for the Urban Debate League of Memphis City Schools (2010-2016). He has also been an engaged board member of the Memphis/West Tennessee Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), serving as President from 2019 to 2020.
Ralph is a seven-time Qualifying Member and a 2025 “Court of the Table” Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT®).
